WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
I will only offer a free exchange if you believe I have sent you the wrong size. Postage costs will then be refunded back to you. NO RETURNS - EXCHANGE ONLY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Once you have completed your order form, I will then email you a quote & total cost. Then you will be sent my payment details.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
I can offer online gift cards via Instagram DM.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?
I make every order to the individuals precise measurements. For help and further info on which measurements you will need to provide and how to take them, please contact me via DM on instagram.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Once your order has been placed and paid for you are automatically giving your consent to these T&C’s
2. Each order placed is handmade to your specific bespoke size, design and colour, therefore orders cannot be returned.
3. Only are you able to cancel your order maximum 24 hours after your order was processed. To cancel DM me and we can resolve the issue.
4. If you recieve a faulty item, wrong colour or design, you may recieve a full refund or exchange when the item has been returned to me.
5. You are responsible for ordering the right size. All orders are handmade to the measurements provided, please choose your size carefully and only place your order when you have accurately measured yourself (if you need guidance I am here to help).

7. Colours of fabric on screen may vary, photographs have been taken in daylight and unedited to provide the best true colour match possible. I can provide a video if needed.
8. I use LATEX/ RUBBER swim elastic is used in all of my garments top and brief garments. If you have a latex ALLERGY, I would advise against ordering. It is at your own risk if you are aware you suffer from these allergies and then wear my garment.
